After being let down by the original installer for weeks, we contacted NW Automatic Doors. They responded quickly, Lloyd turned up when they said he would, fixed the problem without any fuss - friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Excellent service from start to finish and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NW Automatic Doors to anyone needing a garage door repair.

From start to finish the whole process was excellent. Can not praise the team enough from the initial quote, communication follow up through to the installation of my lovely new garage door and double socket. The installation was completed in a few hours and they even took away the old garage door and surrounds.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Richard was great at keeping in touch and his team were brilliant. I researched costs to include fitting and NW Automatic Doors weren't just competitive but better, add to that their knowledge, professionalism, experiences and general conduct it's an absolute no brainer.

Customised service to expand an existing opening and tailor fit a new post, and reduce a companion door down in size. Prompt installation from the door being available, friendly and efficient job on the day. Fitted in a return the next day to remedy 1 outstanding issue without delay.

Extremely happy with service provided by NW automatic doors ltd. Richard was super helpful and extremely professional in every regard. Nothing was too much trouble including sourcing the specific RAL colour we wanted. Highly recommend both company and product.
