Current safety guidance recommends powered doors are serviced and safety-checked regularly — typically once or twice a year, and more often for busy, high-traffic doors such as supermarket or hospital entrances. We’ll recommend the right frequency for each door on your site.
Do you provide records after an inspection?
Yes. After every inspection we leave clear written records of what was checked, tested and adjusted, so you have an evidence trail for your safety and compliance file if an insurer, auditor or health-and-safety officer ever asks.
What happens if a door fails a safety check?
We tell you straight away, make the door safe, and give you a clear price to put it right — no work goes ahead without your say-so. Where a fault makes a door unsafe to use, we’ll advise how to keep the entrance secure until it’s repaired.
